1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetSki ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
GetSki is a meta-search and marketplace platform that connects renters with ski equipment rental providers (partners and private owners). GetSki does not own or operate any rental equipment directly.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the rental provider. Payments are processed securely. GetSki earns a commission on bookings made through the Platform.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by provider. The standard GetSki cancellation policy allows full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start time. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetSki is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period. All liability rests with the rental provider and the renter as agreed at time of booking.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
